About the artist

RJ.Cgeek is a former card designer at DM Company, now working independently as an artist and designer. Using US dollar bills as a canvas, he explores a wide range of themes.

His exhibition record includes presentations at LA Urban Art Expo, the street-art section of Scope Art Show New York and a contemporary section of an art fair in London. His practice also extends to graffiti and urban art in New York.

The collision of money and art. The tension between passion and compromise. When we look at a dollar-based artwork, are we drawn to the value it may gain or to its value as a work of art?
